Section 465 IAC 2-16-12 - "Reasonable costs" defined

Sec. 12.

"Reasonable costs" mean costs of particular items payable by the department under this rule in amounts that the department determines to be reasonable and consistent with applicable guidelines as described in the following:

(1) 2 CFR Part 225 (OMB Circular A-87 Cost Principles for State, Local, and Indian Tribal Governments).

(2) 2 CFR Part 230 (OMB Circular A-122 Cost Principles for Non-Profit Organizations).

(3)48 CFR Part 31 Section 201-3 (Determining Reasonableness).
