Section 465 IAC 2-11-47 - Employee qualifications; generally

Sec. 47.

(a) All prospective employees or current institution employees shall complete a separate application for employment prior to working in the private secure facility.
(b) The child caring institution shall employ staff who are qualified by education, training, and experience for their assigned responsibility.
