Section 465 IAC 2-10-31 - "Variance" defined

Sec. 31.

As used in this rule, "variance" means official permission granted by the SDPW to meet the intent of a specific rule in a way other than specified by the rule. No variance shall be granted from the conditions listed in sections 58 and 59 of this rule.
