Section 460 IAC 6-34-2 - Vehicle requirements

Sec. 2.

A provider of transportation services shall ensure that an individual is transported only in a vehicle:

(1) maintained in good repair;

(2) properly registered with the Indiana bureau of motor vehicles; and

(3) insured as required under Indiana law.
