Section 460 IAC 14-6-2 - Applications

Sec. 2.

(a) An applicant submits a valid application to the VR program when the applicant or the applicant's representative:

(1) completes and signs a VR program application for vocational rehabilitation services;

(2) provides the information necessary to initiate an assessment to determine eligibility and priority for services; and

(3) is available to complete the assessment process.

(b) The application date recorded for the applicant shall be the earliest date on which the application requirements described in subsection (a) have been met.
