Section 440 IAC 9-1-8 - "Gatekeeper" defined

Sec. 8.

"Gatekeeper" means an entity identified in IC 12-24-12-10 that is actively involved in the evaluation and planning of and treatment for a committed individual beginning after the commitment through the planning of the individual's transition back into the community.
