Section 355 IAC 9-3-4 - Notification of legal recourse

Sec. 4.

The state chemist shall notify in writing each person on whom a civil penalty may be imposed of the opportunity to obtain a hearing on the proposed action by filing with the board within thirty (30) days notice of the action.
