Sec. 4.

Unless otherwise provided by law, eligible multiple survivor beneficiaries authorized to receive a one (1) time ad hoc payment commonly known as the thirteenth check shall receive a pro rata share of the underlying amount that a single survivor beneficiary would receive had there been only one (1) eligible survivor beneficiary designated on a member's account administered by the system.
