Section 345 IAC 9-21.5-3 - Fees

Sec. 3.

The state veterinarian shall charge an hourly fee for inspection service provided under this rule. The fee may not be more than the hourly fee charged for comparable voluntary inspection services by the United States Department of Agriculture. The state veterinarian shall establish overtime fees for services that qualify as overtime under IC 15-17-5-12.
