Sec. 6.
(a) Within fifteen (15) days after receiving the final volume of waste, the owner or operator of a restricted waste site Type III or a construction/demolition site shall initiate final closure of all areas not certified as partially closed. Final closure must occur in accordance with the approved closure plan.(b) The owner or operator of a restricted waste site Type III or a construction/demolition site shall complete other closure activities in accordance with the approved closure plan.
