Section 327 IAC 8-2.3-3 - Sanitary surveys for ground water systems

Sec. 3.

A ground water system shall provide the commissioner, at the commissioner's request, any existing information that will enable to commissioner to conduct a sanitary survey required under 327 IAC 8-2-8.2.
