Sec. 22.
(a) An application for a shooting preserve license must be completed on a departmental form and filed with the division of fish and wildlife.(b) The boundaries of the land licensed under this section must be marked with clearly visible signs at least eighteen (18) inches wide and twelve (12) inches long with a white background and at least one (1) inch high lettering that states "licensed shooting preserve". The signs must be placed no more than five hundred (500) feet apart and along the entire boundary of the licensed shooting preserve.(c) Notwithstanding subsection (b), a sign posted prior to May 1, 2014, may continue to be in use by a license holder as long as it is legible, but must meet the requirements in subsection (b) no later than October 1, 2019.
