Section 25 IAC 5-5-3 - Outreach and assessment

Sec. 3.

(a) The department shall perform activities to outreach to minority and women's business enterprises. The department shall assess where and when the programs are most valuable to these enterprises.

(b) The department shall provide information on qualifications necessary for enterprises to compete for bid opportunities.
