Section 170 IAC 1-1.5-2 - Pending proceeding

Sec. 2.

For purposes of this rule, a proceeding is considered pending from thirty (30) days before the date of filing until the date the commission issues a final order in the proceeding and until:

(1) petitions for rehearing or reconsideration and appeals to a court of appellate jurisdiction have been determined or decided;

(2) opportunity for a further appeal has been exhausted; and

(3) no further action is required by the commission.
