a) The purpose of this Part is to prescribe the standards for licensure as a Youth Transitional Housing Program and to describe how to apply for such a program license.b) The licensing standards set forth in this Part are applicable to Youth Transitional Housing Programs as defined in the Children and Family Services Act [20 ILCS 505/4b ] and in the Emancipation of Minors Act [750 ILCS 30 ]. An individual or organization that operates a Transitional Housing Program only for youth ages 18 and older is exempt from licensing under this Part.Ill. Admin. Code tit. 89, § 409.10
