Section 285.140 - Waiver of Standard Information Requirementsa) A petition for waiver of any provisions of the standard information requirements shall be filed with the Commission. The Commission shall list all waivers requested on the Report of Daily Filing. If an order on the waiver request is not entered within 60 days after the date it was filed, the waiver request shall be deemed to have been granted. The granting of any waiver of provisions of the standard information requirements shall not be a bar to parties and Commission Staff seeking that information through discovery.b) A request for waiver of any of the provisions of the standard information requirements shall be verified and must set forth the specific reasons in support of the request. A request for waiver shall be granted upon good cause being shown by the utility. While other factors may be considered, and shall be mentioned if considered, the following factors shall be considered: 1) Whether other information available in the rate filing permits a review of the rate filing in a complete and timely manner;2) Whether other information, that the utility would provide if the waiver is granted, permits a review of the rate filing in a complete and timely manner;3) The degree to which the information that is the subject of the waiver request is maintained by the utility in the ordinary course of business or is available to it from the information that it maintains; and4) The expense to the utility in providing the information that is the subject of the waiver request.Ill.
