Section 245.150 - Hearingsa) Applicants for an agency license and licensees may appeal certain actions of the Department under the Act and this Part. Following receipt of an appeal or a request for a hearing from an applicant or licensee, the Department shall conduct a hearing to review the contested action.b) Hearings conducted pursuant to the Act and this Part shall be conducted in accordance with the following:1) Section 10 of the Act.2) The Illinois Administrative Procedure Act .3) The rules of the Department titled Rules of Practice and Procedure in Administrative Hearings.c) Applicants and licensees have a right to administrative review of actions and decisions of the Department by the courts under the Administrative Review Law .Ill.
