For those consumer products that are registered under the Federal Insecticide, Fungicide, and Rodenticide Act (FIFRA, 7 USC 136 through 136 y), incorporated by reference in Section 223.120, the effective date of the VOM standards will be one year after the effective date specified in Section 223.205.
