Consistent with provisions contained in Section 46.32 a of the Civil Administrative Code of Illinois (Act) (Ill. Rev. Stat. 1985, ch. 127, par. 46.32a), there shall be established a Labor-Management Cooperation Committee; the duties of said committee are specified in the Act.
