Section 58.01.13.010 - APPLICABILITY TO FACILITIES WITH EXISTING PERMITS

A cyanidation facility with an existing permit approved by the Department prior to July 1, 2005, is subject to the applicable laws and rules for ore processing by cyanidation in effect on June 30, 2005. Material modifications or material expansions of such facilities are subject to Section 39-118A, Idaho Code. (3-24-22)
