Section 58.01.12.995 - WAIVER OF REQUIREMENTS AND AMENDMENT OF PRIORITY LISTThe Director may amend the Priority List and grant a waiver from the requirements of these rules on a case-by-case basis upon full demonstration by the loan recipient requesting the waiver that the following conditions exist. 01.Health Hazard. A significant public health hazard exists; (3-24-22)02.Water Contamination. A significant water contamination problem exists; (3-24-22)03.Pollution. A significant point source of pollution exists causing a violation of Idaho Department of Environmental Quality Rules, IDAPA 58.01.02, "Water Quality Standards"; or (3-24-22)04.Affordability Criteria Exceeded.
