Section 58.01.06.995 - COMMERCIAL SOLID WASTE SITING LICENSE APPLICATION

In addition to the contents of a Siting License Application as required in the Idaho Solid Waste Facilities Act, these rules require the applicant to include in the application the following items: (3-24-22)

01.Location. A map indicating the location of the proposed commercial solid waste facility; (3-24-22)

02.Copies of Application. Ten (10) copies of the completed application; and (3-24-22)

03.Application Format. A copy of the application in a format prepared for photocopying. (3-24-22)
