Program grants and awards are subject to funds availability and may be awarded in any amount at the discretion of the Commission. The Commission may decline to accept applications or to issue an award or grant for any program due to a lack of funding. At the discretion of the Commission, a recipient may receive travel expense reimbursement. (3-31-22)
