Section 39.03.05.090 - GENERAL CONDITIONS AND REQUIREMENTS

01.Required Conditions. Refer to IDAPA 39.03.03, "Rules Governing Special Permits - General Conditions and Requirements," for conditions required for the issuance of special permits. (3-31-22)

02.Required Stops. All oversize vehicles are required to stop at all POE sites for inspection. (3-31-22)
