Section 26.01.10.150 - COMPENSATION01.Payable in Advance. Cash compensation for the entire term of the temporary permit will be collected from the applicant prior to issuance. (3-18-22)02.Cost per Acre. Cash compensation for a temporary permit is charged at a rate of fifty dollars ($50) per acre of IDPR land utilized per year or any portion thereof, and is specified in the temporary permit. Temporary permits of less than one (1) year in duration will not be prorated. (3-18-22)03.Noncash Compensation. Offsetting (non-cash) compensation for a temporary permit may be approved on an individual basis by the director, and the terms of the agreement must be outlined in the temporary permit.
