Section 18.07.04.027 - MINIMUM RESERVE STANDARDS

In addition to the requirements in this rule, unless otherwise prescribed or permitted, the minimum reserve standards for individual and group health insurance contracts set forth in the NAIC Accounting Practices and Procedures Manual apply to all individual and group health (disability) insurance coverages including single premium credit disability insurance. All other credit insurance is not subject to this section. (3-31-22)
