Section 18.03.03.011 - QUALIFICATIONS OF INSURANCE COMPANIES TO ISSUE VARIABLE CONTRACTS01.Parent or Affiliated Insurer. An insurer that issues variable contracts and that is a subsidiary of, or affiliated through common management or ownership with, another life insurer authorized to transact such insurance in this state meets the provisions of this Section if either it or the parent or affiliated insurer meets the provisions hereof.
