Section 16.03.05.778 - INELIGIBLE SSI RECIPIENT

An SSI recipient is not eligible for Medicaid if he meets any of the conditions in Subsections 778.01 through 778.04. (3-17-22)

01.Medicaid Qualifying Trust. Has excess income from a Medicaid Qualifying Trust, created and funded before August 11, 1993. (3-17-22)

02.Noncooperation. Fails to cooperate in establishing paternity or securing support. (3-17-22)

03.Institution. Is in an ineligible institution. (3-17-22)

04.Trust. Has a trust that makes him ineligible for Medicaid. (3-17-22)
