Section 16.03.05.761 - CHOICE OF SSI OR CP METHODS

A married participant, not using FSI, must be furnished a written explanation of SSI and CP income and resource counting methods. The couple chooses the most useful method, based on their circumstances. The same method must be used for both spouses. (3-17-22)
