Section 16.03.05.255 - RETROACTIVE SSI AND RSDI BENEFITS

Retroactive SSI and RSDI benefits are issued after the calendar month for which they are paid. Retroactive SSI and RSDI benefits are excluded from resources for nine (9) calendar months after the month they are received. Interest earned by excluded funds is counted as income. (3-17-22)
