Section 16.03.04.866 - AVAILABILITY OF PUBLIC INFORMATION

Rules, plans of operation, procedures, manuals and instructions used to certify households must be available to the public. These materials must be available for public examination during regular office hours and workdays. Copies of audits or investigations, conducted by USDA, are for official use only and are not for public examination. (3-17-22)
