Section 16.03.04.376 - REAL PROPERTY EXCLUDED IF ATTEMPT TO SELL

Real property is excluded as a resource if the household is making a good faith effort to sell it at a reasonable price. Verify the property is for sale and the household has not refused a reasonable offer. Document in the case record the reason for excluding the property and the household's efforts to sell. (3-17-22)
