Section 16.03.04.241 - ENDING SANCTIONS FOR FAILURE TO COMPLY WITH JSAP

Household members sanctioned for not complying with JSAP are ineligible until a condition listed below is met. (3-17-22)

01.Fair Hearing Reversal. Sanction ends if a fair hearing reverses the sanction. (3-17-22)

02.Sanctioned Member Becomes Exempt. Sanction ends if the sanctioned member becomes exempt from JSAP. (3-17-22)

03.Member Complies With JSAP. Sanction ends if the member, who refused to comply with a JSAP requirement, complies. The member must complete corrective action and serve the minimum sanction period. (3-17-22)
