01.Area Plan. Plan describing aging programs and services which an AAA is required to submit to the Idaho Commission on Aging, in accordance with the OAA, in order to receive OAA funding. (3-31-22)02.Contract. A legally binding, written agreement between two (2) or more parties which outlines the terms and provisions to which both parties agree.
