Section 6-83-91 - Application of this subchapter nonexclusive

Nothing in this subchapter shall be construed as limiting or precluding the commission from using its civil enforcement authority against any person, excavator or operator violating, allegedly violating, or suspected of violating the provisions of chapters 269 or 269E, HRS, these rules, or any order of the commission.
