Section 19-1-16 - Public information(a) Unless otherwise provided by statute, rule or order of the department, all information contained in any pleading, submittal, petition, application, charge, statement, recommendation, report, map, exception, brief, memorandum or other document filed with the department pursuant to the requirements of a statute or rule or order of this department shall be available for inspection by the public after final decision.(b) Confidential treatment may be requested where authorized by statute.
