(a) All tenants, any member of the tenant's household, or any guest or other person under the tenant's control who violates these emergency rules may be subject to th following penalty schedule: (1) Verbal warning and a notice of violation;(2) Verbal warning and a notice of violation; and(b) All tenants, any member of the tenant's household, or any guest or other person under the tenant's control who is under mandatory quarantine orders and who fails to comply with such order shall be reported to the proper authorities.
