Section 17-600-2 - Purpose The purpose of the rules specified in this subtitle is to:
(1) Identify the types of assistance and services offered by DHS-FASD;(2) Specify conditions which an individual shall meet in order to receive the assistance or services; and(3) Specify conditions which DHS-FASD shall follow in administering the social services, financial assistance and food stamp programs.[Eff 7/19/82; am and comp 3/19/93; am and comp 8/01/94] (Auth: HRS § 346-14) (Imp: HRS § 346-14)
