Section 17-1625-9 - Study process(a) The agency receiving the application shall conduct a study of the applicants, household members, and the applicants' home in accordance with departmental procedures to determine that the requirements of this chapter are met and that the applicants and household members have the ability and personal qualities to care for foster children.(b) The agency shall dispose of the application within ninety days of receipt of all required documents, including but not limited to, criminal history, background, and child abuse and neglect (CA/N) registry checks.(c) A record of the agency's findings shall be kept on file at the agency to which application is made.[Eff DEC 09 2010] (Auth: HRS §§ 346-14, 346-17) (Imp: HRS § 346-17)
