Contracts, wherein a boxer agrees to accept a certain percentage for his services with the understanding that at the same time he is to pay his opponent a stipulated amount of this percentage, are not acceptable to the commission unless such a contract is submitted to the commission for examination and approval before it is signed by the parties thereto.
