Section 14-51-11 - Eligibility(a) A person shall be eligible to participate in this plan only:(1) If the person is employed by the State of Hawaii; and(2) If the person is eligible for benefits under a component plan.(b) Eligibility shall commence on the date the employee first becomes eligible for benefits under a component plan.[Eff.
