Section 13-241-8 - Certificate of number and certificate of title; description(a) The size and format of a certificate of number shall be determined by the department. The operator of the vessel shall ensure that the certificate of number is readily available at all times for examination on the vessel for which it is issued, whenever the vessel is in operation.(b) The size and format of a certificate of title shall be determined by the department.
