Section 13-241-15 - Falsified, unauthorized, or removed identification number, registration decal, or title(a) No person shall buy, receive, operate, possess, sell, or dispose of a vessel with knowledge that an identification number or registration decal on the vessel has been removed or falsified, or that the title has been falsified, with intent to avoid compliance with this chapter or to conceal or misrepresent the identity of the vessel or its owner.(b) No person shall remove or falsify a vessel identification number or registration decal or affix to a vessel an identification number or registration decal not authorized by law for use on the vessel with the intent to avoid compliance with this chapter or to conceal or misrepresent the identity of the vessel or its owner.
