Rule 60-2-1-.01 - Records(1) All applications, records, correspondence, reports, and other documents or information filed with or produced to the Attorney General pursuant to the various provisions of the Act shall be maintained in accordance with approved record retention schedules, in original or other acceptable form.(2) A copy of any original writing or record filed with or maintained by the Attorney General pursuant to the Act may be received into evidence if the original is not readily available.Ga.
