Each utility shall adopt and execute a safety program fitted to the size and type of its operations and shall:
(a) Require the employees to use suitable tools and equipment so that they perform their work in a safe manner.(b) Instruct employees in safe work practices.(c) Each utility shall exercise reasonable care to minimize the hazards to which its employees, customers and the general public may be subjected.Ga.
