Rule 515-12-1-.18 - Service Objectives(1) Competitive Local Exchange Carriers that provide local exchange service through resold telecommunication services, unbundled network elements and/or special access are exempt from the provisions of this rule.(2) This rule establishes service objectives which should generally be provided by a utility. Each utility shall make measurements to determine the level of service for each item included.
