Rule 8-B605 - GENERAL TRAFFIC REGULATIONS

605.1

The University of the District of Columbia (UDC) shall provide parking facilities, as available, for faculty, staff, students, visitors, and Board of Trustees for the Van Ness Campus and its satellite locations.

605.2

Vehicle operators who use University parking facilities shall abide by these regulations.

605.3

Parking permit fees and refund policies shall be established by the President and approved by the Board of Trustees.

The Notice of Final Rulemaking changed the title for section 605 to "General Traffic Regulations."
