Rule 31-1500 - APPLICATION AND SCOPE

1500.1

This chapter shall be applicable to and governs the establishment of a new taxicab numbering system and all dome light installation businesses in the District of Columbia.

1500.2

The provisions of this chapter shall be interpreted to comply with the language and intent of the District of Columbia Taxicab Commission Establishment Act of 1985, effective March 25, 1986 (D.C. Law 6-97; D.C. Official Code §§ 50-301et seq.) (2009 Repl.).
