Rule 29-523 - EMS PROVIDERS: PROVISIONAL CERTIFICATION

523.1

The Director may issue a provisional certification to an applicant for certification as an EMS provider emergency medical services personnel who does not fully meet the requirements specified in this chapter if the Director finds that the public interest would be served by issuing the provisional certification.

523.2

A provisional certification issued pursuant to this section may be granted for a period of up to one hundred eighty (180) days and may be renewed no more than once.
