Rule 25-E711 - ADMINISTRATIVE ENFORCEMENT ACTION - SUMMARY SUSPENSION, TERM OF SUSPENSION, REINSTATEMENT

A summary suspension shall remain in effect until the conditions cited in the notice of suspension no longer exist and the Department has confirmed, through reinspection, or other appropriate means that the conditions cited in the notice of suspension have been corrected, as specified in §§ 615 or 616.
